Editorial Policies

It is our mission at our journal to conduct business and produce scholarly work with the utmost integrity, transparency and quality. Our journal policies ensure a fair, ethical, and timely publication process for authors, reviewers, and readers alike.

1. Peer Review Policy

All articles submitted are assessed by objective and expert reviewers who have a sound knowledge of the field so as to guarantee the novelty and high standard of the original articles submitted. This journal uses a double blind review process wherein both the reviewer and the author are unknown to one another. Referees are identified from experts in the fields of study and the expert opinion thus generated is an essential aspect of our editorial decision.

2. Editorial Decision

All the decisions on accepted/rejected/revision are made by the Editorial board in consensus with reviewers' report and the importance of the study, its scope and other relevant factor. The potential editorial decisions are categorized as follows:

· Accepted

· Minor Revision

· Major Revision

· Rejected

All authors will be promptly informed of the decisions respectfully.

3. Publication Ethics

Strict guidelines and ethical considerations are followed throughout the entire publication process. Authors must submit only original, unpublished research and cite all their references accurately. Research misconduct such as plagiarism, fabrication of data and others is strictly forbidden and leads to paper rejection and/or retrospective retraction of published papers.

4. Plagiarism Policy

All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software for the level of originality and copy-paste content in the manuscript. Submissions with a high similarity index and copied work are immediately rejected. Authors are requested to declare that their submissions are original work.

5. Conflict of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors will disclose any potential conflict of interest that may compromise or have the appearance of compromising the scientific or review process.

6. Confidentiality

All submissions are kept confidential. Information regarding submitted manuscripts will not be shared with any third party by the editors and reviewers unless the author gives prior approval.

7. Authorship criteria

Authorship can only be attributed to those researchers who have made a meaningful contribution to the work, and all co-authors should agree to the version which has been submitted.

8. Corrections and Retractions

We reserve the right to publish a correction, clarification or retractions where errors or ethical issues concerning the research or published work is revealed.

9. Timeliness

The journal is devoted to an efficient process of peer review and publication of articles with utmost quality, authors will be updated about their manuscript throughout the review process.

10. Adherence to Submission Guidelines

Authors are highly encouraged to follow the journal guidelines in preparing manuscripts. Manuscripts not compliant to any formatting or policy guidelines will be returned unreviewed for correction.
