Instructions for preparing and submitting your manuscript

Authors
are invited to submit the following types of articles that fall within the
scope of the journal:

· Font: Times New Roman,
12 pt
· Line Spacing: 1.5
· File Format: MS Word
(.doc/.docx)
· Layout: Single column
· Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm)
on all sides
· Alignment: Justified
· Length: Maximum 15 pages
3. Manuscript
Structure
The
manuscript should be arranged in the following order:

Title Page
2.
Abstract (150–300 words)
3.
Keywords (3–6 keywords)
4.
Introduction
5.
Materials and Methods
6.
Results
7.
Discussion
8.
Conclusion
9.
Acknowledgment (Optional)
10.
References (Vancouver Style)
4. Title Page
The
first page must include:
· Title (14–16 pt,
bold, centered, concise and informative)
· Author Name(s)
(Full names; corresponding author marked with *)
· Affiliation(s)
(Department, Institution, State, Country)
· Contact Details
(Email, full address, mobile number)
· Corresponding
Author Email (mandatory for all communication)
5. Abstract
· Word limit:
150–300 words
· Must be written
in a single paragraph
· Include:
Purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusion
6. Keywords
· Provide 3–6
keywords
· Place
immediately after abstract
· Separate using
commas
7. Introduction
· Background of
the study
· Research problem
and objectives
8. Materials and
Methods
Clearly
outline the study design, materials, instruments, method and procedures so that
replication is possible and the reference appropriate.
9. Results and
Discussion
· Present and
explain results lucidly and concisely.
· Tables, graphs
and figures where appropriate.
· Explain and
discuss the results with reference.
10. Conclusion
· Key conclusions
include:
· Highlight
implications of the study
· Provide
suggestions for future research
11. Tables and
Figures
· Number all
tables and figures consecutively
· Provide clear
titles and captions
· Acknowledge if
possible. (if a grant was provided for research then it must be stated.)
· Images required
must be good quality and have high resolution (JPG/JPEG, 300 dpi).
· Tables should be
easy to read and formatted correctly.
12.
Acknowledgements (Optional)
Authors
may thank funding agencies, departments, organizations or individuals.
13. Conflict of
Interest (Optional)
Authors
need to disclose any conflicts of interest.
14. Disclaimer
The journal has
the sole right to accept, reject, or demand revisions. Authors alone take the
responsibility for the manuscript content.
15. References
· Must follow
Vancouver style
· All cited works
must be included
· Ensure
references are complete and accurate

· Authors must
check carefully before final approval
· No changes
allowed after publication

published online and in print
20. Copyright
All
articles will be published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution
(CC-BY) License. Copyright is held by the author.
21. Article
Processing Charges (APC)
· No submission
fee
· Charges apply
only after acceptance
· Covers DOI,
indexing, formatting, and publication
22. Publication
Ethics
· Plagiarism
strictly prohibited.
· Manuscripts may
be rejected or retracted if misconduct is found.
· Use SI units and
standard scientific notation.
· Scientific names
(Genus and Species) have to be in italic.
· Be original and
genuine.
23. Word Limits
· Review Articles:
Up to 4500 words
· Short
Communications: maximum of 1000 words.
· Case reports:
Maximum of 2000 words (max. of 10 references).
· Letter to
editor: maximum of 800 words.
24. Equations
(if applicable)
· Use Equation
Editor in MS Word
· Number equations
where necessary
25. Plagiarism
Check
· Ensure
manuscript is original and properly cited
· All sources must
be acknowledged
26. Final
Checklist
Before
submission, ensure:
· All sections are
included
· Formatting
requirements are met
· Author details
are correct
· References are
properly formatted
· Manuscript is
thoroughly proofread
27. File Naming
and Submission
Save
file using appropriate naming format (e.g., ArticleTitle.docx) and submit via
official journal email or submission system only.
28. Preparation
of Cover Letter
It
is necessary for the authors to submit a cover letter that ensures the
uniqueness of their paper and that it has not been submitted elsewhere prior to
submission. The cover letter must be written by the corresponding author on
behalf of the other co-authors. This cover letter should be directed to the
Managing Editor of the journal.
Authors
may also indicate up to two possible reviewers for their manuscripts.
To
submit a manuscript the person who is the contact for the manuscript should do
it. They can do this in one of two ways. They can use the system to send in the
manuscript. They can send the manuscript by email to duparpublications@gmail.com. The
main contact, for the manuscript is the one who should do the submitting of the
manuscript.

required details in the submission form.
· Upload your
manuscript file and necessary documents.
· Recheck all
entered information carefully.
· Click on the
Submit button to complete your paper submission.

· You can view and
download the required files there.
Upload the
filled-out authorship responsibility form (see sample file).
