📋 Waiver Policy
International Journal of Agricultural Research and Multidisciplinary Research Trends (IJARMRT) understands that researchers and institutions in some countries may have limited financial resources to support academic publication. To encourage the wider dissemination of quality research, IJARMRT may provide partial waivers on applicable publication or manuscript handling charges to eligible authors.
Our objective is to support researchers from diverse economic backgrounds and promote the global dissemination of high-quality scholarly research without creating an undue financial burden.
🌍 Waiver Eligibility
Authors may request a partial waiver based on the economic classification of their country of affiliation.
💰 Available Waiver
- Authors from Low-Income Countries: May be eligible for a waiver of up to 75% of the applicable publication charges.
- Authors from Lower-Middle-Income Countries: May be eligible for a waiver of up to 40% of the applicable publication charges.
Waiver requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the journal's applicable policies and available provisions.
📝 How to Request a Waiver
Authors who require financial assistance may submit a waiver request to the IJARMRT Journal Team before completing the publication payment.
The waiver request should include the following information:
- Manuscript / Article ID or Manuscript Number
- Title of the manuscript
- Name of the corresponding author
- Country and institutional affiliation
- A brief explanation of the reason for requesting a waiver
Authors are encouraged to submit their waiver request as early as possible so that it can be considered before publication-related payment is made.
ℹ️ Important Information
- A waiver request does not affect the editorial or peer-review process.
- Waiver decisions are independent of the editorial decision regarding acceptance or rejection of a manuscript.
- Submission of a waiver request does not guarantee that a waiver will be granted.
- The final waiver amount, if approved, will be determined by IJARMRT based on the applicable circumstances and country classification.
- Authors should not assume that a waiver has been approved until they receive confirmation from the journal team.
