Refund, Cancellation & Article Transfer Policy – IJARMRT

The International Journal of Agricultural Research and Multidisciplinary Research Trends (IJARMRT) aims to provide clear and transparent policies for authors, researchers, reviewers, and clients. Please carefully review the following conditions before submitting a manuscript or making any payment for journal-related services.

1. Introduction

IJARMRT aims to provide full satisfaction and transparent services to authors, researchers, subscribers, and clients. Authors are requested to review all applicable terms, conditions, payment policies, refund policies, and publication procedures before submitting a manuscript or making a payment.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under genuine, valid, and justified circumstances, subject to verification and approval by the journal management.

• Refund requests should be submitted within 7–15 days of the transaction.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days.
• The amount may be credited to the author's account within 2–12 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
• Refunds will normally be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• Applicable taxes, service charges, payment gateway charges, and other non-refundable charges may be deducted.
  
  

3. Return Policy for Physical Products

Where physical products or printed materials are purchased through an applicable service, returns may be accepted within 15 days, subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility Criteria

• The item must be unused, unmarked, and in new condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase, invoice, or receipt should be provided.
• Returns from third-party sellers may not be accepted.
  
  

Return Process

• The customer is responsible for arranging and bearing applicable return shipping costs.
• Returned products may be examined within 3–8 working days after receipt.
• Approved refunds will be processed according to the applicable policy.
• Shipping, COD, payment gateway, and applicable service charges may be non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Applicable service or product orders may be cancelled on the same day of placement, where cancellation is permitted.
• Approved cancellations may be processed within 2–5 working days.
• If a physical order has already been shipped, cancellation may be processed only after the product is returned.
• Orders generally cannot be cancelled after delivery.
• Cancellation requests should be submitted through the official contact email with complete order or manuscript details.

5. Article Publication & Payment Policy

Article publication is an academic publishing service. Once an article has been finally published, the publication process is considered complete and the applicable publication charges are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Withdrawal Before Publication

If an author requests withdrawal after acceptance but before final publication, applicable processing, review, administrative, or other charges may be deducted before any eligible balance is considered for refund.

Partial Payment – 50% Cases

• Where partial payment is permitted, the remaining 50% must be completed before final publication.
• If the remaining payment is not completed, the article may be placed on hold or the publication process may be discontinued.
• The amount already paid may be treated as processing charges and may be non-refundable.
  
  

Ethical Violations

If plagiarism, fraudulent information, misleading statements, data manipulation, or other ethical violations are identified:

• The manuscript may be rejected or removed.
• Publication may be cancelled where applicable.
• Paid processing or publication charges may not be refundable.
• Additional action may be taken according to the journal's publication ethics policies.
  
  

Additional Charges

Additional corrections, author-requested changes, special services, or priority/express publication requests may attract applicable charges where such services are available.

6. Article Transfer Policy

Authors may request manuscript transfer within the applicable journal group, subject to editorial approval, journal scope, and publication requirements.

• Transfer is subject to editorial approval.
• The manuscript must be compatible with the scope of the receiving journal.
• A 45% transfer processing charge of the applicable total publication fee may apply.
• After transfer, the manuscript will be subject to the receiving journal's review and editorial process.
• Transfer requests must be submitted before final publication.

7. Publication Payment Terms

• Full applicable payment must be completed before final publication.
• Where partial payment has been approved, the remaining amount must be cleared before publication.
• Failure to complete the required payment may result in the article being placed on hold or the publication process being discontinued.
• Amounts already paid may be treated as non-refundable processing charges, subject to the applicable policy.

• Refund requests should normally be submitted within 7 days of payment.

Cancellation / Withdrawal Before Acceptance

A withdrawal request may be considered before acceptance, subject to applicable review, administrative, or processing deductions.

After Acceptance but Before Publication

Withdrawal may be considered after acceptance but before publication, subject to applicable deductions and approval by the journal management.

After Publication

Once an article has been published, cancellation or withdrawal is generally not permitted. Exceptions may be considered only in legitimate legal, ethical, or publication-integrity circumstances.

All withdrawal or cancellation requests must be submitted through the official email with complete manuscript and author details.

• All submitted manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism and ethical violations.
• The journal reserves the right to accept, reject, revise, hold, or remove articles in accordance with its policies.
• Articles involving ethical misconduct may be rejected or removed without refund.
• Additional action or penalties may apply where justified by the circumstances.
• Authors are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of their submitted content.
