Google Search indexes web pages of any kind. A page is indexed after Googlebot crawls it; you can confirm this with Google Search Console (URL Inspection) or a site: search.
Google Scholar is a separate index of scholarly articles. There is no application or fee. Scholar crawls article pages that expose bibliographic metadata and a freely readable full text, and inclusion happens automatically, often weeks or months after publication. Being in Google Search does not guarantee inclusion in Scholar, and Scholar inclusion is not the same as an impact factor or a curated database listing.
Every IJARMRT article page publishes Highwire Press citation_* metadata (title, each author, journal, ISSN, date, volume, issue, pages, DOI, PDF link) so Scholar can read it. See Google's Scholar inclusion guidelines.
