1. Manuscript Cancellation or Withdrawal

Authors are expected to avoid unnecessary withdrawal of manuscripts after substantial editorial or peer-review work has been completed.

3. Cancellation After Acceptance

Once a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication, cancellation or withdrawal may be subject to editorial review and applicable publication policies.

If significant editorial, formatting, production, or publication work has already been completed, any applicable charges and refund eligibility will be determined according to the journal's relevant policies.

4. Cancellation After Publication

Any applicable payment gateway, transaction, or processing charges may be non-refundable where permitted by the applicable terms and conditions.

7. Cancellation by IJARMRT

IJARMRT reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or discontinue the processing of a manuscript or publication-related service in appropriate circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Plagiarism or suspected academic misconduct.
• Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of research data.
• Violation of publication ethics or journal guidelines.
• Submission of incomplete or misleading information.
• Duplicate or simultaneous submission to another journal.
• Failure to comply with editorial or peer-review requirements.
• Technical, administrative, or other legitimate circumstances affecting publication.

Any refund, where applicable, will be considered according to the circumstances and relevant journal policies.

8. How to Request Cancellation or Withdrawal

Authors who wish to cancel or withdraw a manuscript should contact IJARMRT through the official journal email or authorized communication channel.

The request should include the following information:

• Manuscript title.
• Manuscript ID, if available.
• Corresponding author's name.
• Registered email address.
• Reason for cancellation or withdrawal.

9. Duplicate or Multiple Submissions

Authors should not submit the same manuscript simultaneously to multiple journals. If IJARMRT identifies duplicate or simultaneous submission, the manuscript may be rejected, or its processing may be cancelled in accordance with applicable publication ethics.

10. Policy Changes

IJARMRT reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Cancellation Policy when necessary. Any changes will become effective when the revised policy is published on the official journal website.
